Illinois Flat Fee MLS Listing
A transaction fee in the amount of $495 shall be paid to Illinois Discount Realty, at closing. This fee is the responsibility of the Seller. However, if a commission is paid to a Buyer Broker, it is permissible to present a counteroffer requesting that the $495 transaction fee be deducted from the Buyer Broker’s commission and paid to Illinois Discount Realty, at closing. If the Buyer Broker declines to accept this deduction, the Seller shall remain responsible for the payment of the $495 fee at the time of closing.
Processing time is 24-48 hours Monday – Friday from receiving all required documents and pictures.
