I worked with Vanessa for the sale of my home. It was an incredibly easy experience and she helped with contract negotiation to make sure everything went smoothly. Dozens of realtors tried to get my home listed with them but with the flat fee we ended up saving nearly $8,000 in commission that we did not have to pay to a sales agent. If you are able to show your own home, schedule your own open houses, and pull comps to set a fair price, going with a flat fee agent like Vanessa is a no brainer. We accepted an offer after 10 days on the MLS and had a dozen showings in the first week. When we originally listed FSBO on Zillow last May, we didn't realize our listing didn't easily show up for people who go there (and most do) for their house search. After two weeks, we knew we had to get on the MLS so we'd be visible to Zillow searches AND buyer's realtors. But we'd already done most of the work! So we began to look for a flat fee broker. For a low fee compared to other flat fee brokers, Vanessa at iRealty got us on the MLS immediately, and we had a lot of activity.
